Beesclepious
Wildflower Honey
Raw wildflower honey from a bouquet of aromatic wild flowers and herbs. Its colour and character change with the nectar the bees bring back to the hive; usually it is bright, with a soft, fruity taste. It crystallises fairly soon, within two to six months. The everyday honey of the house: on warm bread with butter, at breakfast or whisked into a vinaigrette.
